When I click on a video, I am prompted to save or open
a file. What should I do?
This message occurs when RealPlayer is no installed on your
system. To correct this problem, click
here to download RealPlayer.
The video plays, but stops with 'Net congestion' displayed
in the status bar.
This occurs if you are on a slow internet link (i.e a dial
up modem) or the internet is particulary busy while you are
viewing the site. To correct this problem, either use a faster
internet connection, such as ISDN or ADSL or wait until the
Internet is less busy.
